Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring

Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm).
Match the measurement to the chart below.

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly around your finger.
Mark the point where the ends meet.
Measure the length in millimeters — this is the circumference.
